James Boggs leads the team at Spooler, an audio-first publishing platform for immersive experiences. Formerly, he was head of Apple Podcasts for many years, where he helped design the Podcasts app for iOS, CarPlay, Siri, and Apple TV.

Peter Ferioli is the Co-founder, COO, and CMO of Pantheon Podcasts, the world’s largest music and culture podcast network, which now features 130+ shows. With over 30 years of experience in digital media, marketing, and podcasting, he has dedicated his career to blending creativity, technology, and strategy to drive success.

Andy Bowers is an award-winning journalist and podcast pioneer. In 2022, he co-founded Spooler, a revolutionary new technology to help audio creators make new, dynamic kinds of programming. He also co-founded podcasting’s leading services and technology company, Megaphone (sold to Spotify in November 2020), after starting one of the industry’s first professional networks at Slate.com in 2005.

Steve Wilson is the Chief Strategy Officer at QCODE, a Los Angeles-based podcast studio renowned for its high-production-value scripted fiction series. Since joining QCODE in 2020 after nearly 15 years at Apple—where he was one of the first employees on the Apple Podcasts team—Wilson has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction. At QCODE, he oversees partnerships, marketing, distribution, and content strategy.
